Cornelius' biggest secret? The food must be Fresh! So according to season Foie Gras, Duck, Game and Cassoulet together with Fish and Shellfish and other classic dishes feature on our varied menus.

Our Menus in the dining room change on a daily basis still keeping a seasonal theme and in addition to this there is always the Blackboard with some more seasonal specialties.

Foie Gras and Confit de Canard are regional specialties.
